- Then to copy this select 'ctrl' + 'c' or 'cmd' + 'c' the email signature code
- Go to Gmail and click on the gear icon (⚙️) to open Settings
- Scroll down to the “Signature” section
- Click “Create new” to make a new signature
- Then use 'ctrl' + 'v' or 'cmd' + 'v' to paste the contents of the web page
- In the “For new emails use” section, select the signature you’ve created
- Scroll down to the bottom and click “Save Changes”

- Open Microsoft Outlook and click “File” > “Options”
- In the Mail category, click on “Signatures…”
- Click “New,” type a name for your signature, and click “OK”
- In the Edit signature box, use 'ctrl' + 'v' or 'cmd' + 'v' to paste the contents of the web page
- Choose default signatures for your email accounts if necessary
- Click “OK” to save and exit

- Open Mail, and go to “Mail” > “Preferences…”
- Click the “Signatures” tab
- Choose an account, or click “All Signatures” to create a signature that works for all accounts
- Click the “+” button and name your signature
- Then use 'ctrl' + 'v' or 'cmd' + 'v' to paste the contents of the web page
- Drag the signature to an email account if you want it to be specific to one account
- Close the Preferences panel to save

- Go to Yahoo and click the gear icon (⚙️) and go to “More Settings”
- Select “Writing email” from the sidebar
- Under “Signature,” toggle the switch to enable it for the account you want
- Then use 'ctrl' + 'v' or 'cmd' + 'v' to paste the contents of the web page in the text box that appears
- The signature will auto-save, so just navigate away to finish

- Open Thunderbird, and click on “Tools” from the menu, then select “Account Settings”
- For each account, there is a “Signature text” field under the account name
- Then use 'ctrl' + 'v' or 'cmd' + 'v' to paste the contents of the web page in the “Signature text” field
- Click “OK” to save your settings
